Marketing strategy
A full-cycle growth system for scientific publishing
A long-term partnership since 2020: a multidisciplinary team connecting successive website generations, an SEO-preserving migration, paid acquisition, analytics, content, social media and newsletters.

Results

01 / Challenge
From separate activities to one growth system
E-Science had accumulated years of services, content, landing pages and campaigns on one domain. The preserved legacy platform shows the real starting point: a multilingual WordPress site with a substantial service catalogue, publication content, blog, forms, FAQ and calculators. Growth required more than a redesign — the whole digital base had to evolve without losing valuable content or search equity.
02 / Approach
Strategy, delivery and optimization in one team
We coordinated positioning, UX and UI, web development, SEO, blog content, social media, paid campaigns and analytics as one operating cycle. The latest replatform replaced the previous site architecture and visual system while carrying forward the established content, multilingual structure and search foundation.

03 / Result
A platform built for continuous growth
The result is a clear before-and-after transformation rather than a disconnected redesign: the current multilingual acquisition platform retains the value built over earlier generations and can keep expanding with new services, articles, landing pages and campaigns.
The long view
Six years of accumulated knowledge became one growth system.
E-Science is not a sequence of isolated campaigns. Since 2020, the work has connected business priorities, several generations of the website, paid acquisition, SEO, editorial content, social media, newsletters and analytics. Every cycle carries forward what the team learned in the previous one.
Partnership evolution
The work changed as the business changed.
The roadmap was never limited to a redesign or one media launch. The digital base, acquisition channels and measurement model evolved together.
Build a digital base large enough for the offer
The starting platform had to explain a complex scientific-publishing service portfolio to authors, journals and institutions across several languages. Service pages, publication content, forms, FAQs and calculators became the foundation for both discovery and conversion.
- Multilingual website
- Service architecture
- Forms and calculators
Connect acquisition instead of managing channels in isolation
Paid campaigns, search demand, social content, editorial publishing and newsletters were coordinated around the same offers and audience questions. The website became the destination for every channel rather than a separate design project.
- Paid acquisition
- SEO and content
- Social and email
Replace the experience without discarding its search value
The latest generation introduced a new information architecture, visual system and page model. The migration had to carry forward years of useful content, multilingual routes and established search equity instead of resetting the domain.
- UX/UI redesign
- SEO-preserving migration
- Reusable page system
Keep campaigns, content and product decisions in one loop
New services, landing pages, articles, newsletters and campaigns continue to enter the same measurement cycle. Reporting does not close the project; it sets the next priority for the team.
- Annual roadmaps
- Channel optimization
- Ongoing delivery
The team behind the system
Eight workstreams. One roadmap and one business context.
The depth comes from coordinated specialists, not from asking one generalist to cover every channel. Strategy, creative, technology and measurement meet around the same priorities.
Shared direction
Project leadership keeps the commercial goal, audience insight, current campaigns and website backlog visible to every specialist. Work is sequenced as one program instead of eight unrelated briefs.
Strategy & project leadership
Annual priorities, offers, audience decisions and coordination across delivery cycles.
Paid media
Campaign planning, launch, creative testing, budget control and ongoing optimization.
Analytics & attribution
Lead tracking, channel context, reporting and evidence for the next decision.
SEO
Search architecture, technical continuity, query growth and migration safeguards.
UX/UI design
Service journeys, landing-page patterns, multilingual clarity and conversion interfaces.
Web development
Successive platform generations, responsive implementation and reusable content structures.
Content & social
Editorial planning, articles, campaign narratives and distribution across social channels.
Email & newsletters
Newsletter planning and delivery that bring useful content back to an owned audience.
The operating cycle
Every channel feeds the next decision.
The system is valuable because information moves through it. Audience questions influence pages and content; campaigns create demand; forms capture it; analytics shows what the team should improve next.
Listen
Collect search demand, campaign signals, sales context and recurring audience questions.
Prioritize
Turn evidence into a shared backlog for offers, content, campaigns and website work.
Build
Produce pages, creative, articles, newsletters and the tracking needed around them.
Distribute
Reach the audience through paid media, search, social and owned email communication.
Capture
Bring qualified demand into focused service journeys, calculators and consultation forms.
Learn
Read lead, SEO and media performance by delivery cycle and set the next priority.
Evidence by cycle
Three signals from different parts of the same system.
These are reported indicators from defined annual delivery cycles, not one blended lifetime ROI claim. Together they show how acquisition, organic visibility and measurement matured across the partnership.
Tracked leads in 2024
The acquisition system produced a measurable lead record rather than stopping at clicks or form impressions.
SEO queries in the top 10
Search visibility reflects the value of sustained content work and preserving equity through platform change.
Paid reach reported in 2025
Media distribution reached scale while remaining part of a broader website, content and analytics program.
Why the partnership matters
The real deliverable is continuity across people, channels and platform generations.
E-Science shows what full-cycle marketing means in practice. A large multidisciplinary team can move faster because design, development, media, SEO, content, newsletters and analytics share history and priorities. The website is the visible centre, but the accumulated operating knowledge around it is the deeper asset.
