Privacy at YourTraff

Clear information. Limited collection.

This policy explains what information the YourTraff website collects, why it is needed, which service providers help us handle it and how you can ask questions about your information.

Last updated

When you send a project request, we collect your name and email, any optional phone number or project note you provide, and the selected language, market and offer or service. Please do not include sensitive information in your project note.

The site may also attach limited acquisition context to the request, such as the landing page, referring page and campaign parameters. We use a hidden anti-spam field and basic request information to protect the form from abuse.

We use submitted information to review your request, contact you, prepare an appropriate scope or next step, maintain the security of the website and understand which pages or campaigns led to an enquiry.

We do not sell personal information or use lead details for automated decision-making.

Our hosting provider processes requests needed to operate the website. Lead notifications may be delivered through Resend and Telegram so the team can respond. These providers may process information outside Canada under their own infrastructure and terms.

Google Analytics 4 measures visits and conversion events, while Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and masked session recordings. Interaction events may include the page, language, selected market, offer or service and CTA placement. Form-field values are not sent to GA4, and the lead form is explicitly masked for Clarity.

Meta Pixel measures advertising visits. After a successfully delivered enquiry, Meta Conversions API may receive one-way SHA-256 hashes of your email and optional phone, together with the source page, IP address, browser information and Meta click or browser identifiers when available. We use this to attribute a real enquiry to advertising; the project note is not sent to Meta.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement are enabled by default when you visit the site unless a saved preference or active Global Privacy Control browser signal keeps them off. The notice explains this practice; dismissing it only acknowledges the notice. You can disable measurement at any time through the analytics settings on this page and re-enable it when no browser privacy signal prevents it. Submitting a form is voluntary and asks us to use the information for the purposes described above. You may also ask us to stop future contact, subject to reasonable legal or operational limits.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, maintain required business records and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Send privacy questions or requests to info@yourtraff.com or through the contact page and identify the message as a privacy request. We may update this policy when our services or data practices change; the date above will show the latest revision.
