Discuss your program

What's included

One program. One main audience. One connected launch.

A website that explains the program

Up to 5 pages in one language: content, experts, eligibility, fees, dates, proof and FAQs. Copy based on your materials, one design direction and 2 consolidated revision rounds.

Applications your team can act on

One main form, one agreed integration with an existing tracking system and notifications to the person responsible. Your team manually switches the intake between open, closed and waitlist.

Four emails for the next step

Application received, next steps, a reminder and the waitlist. We write and configure all 4 templates in one agreed email tool.

Your first ad campaign

One platform, one target market, up to 4 static creatives and ad copy. We check the account and prepare the campaign; launch follows your approval, funding and platform moderation.

Applications and payments kept separate

Track the source and submission of each application. Record acceptance and payment separately only when reliable statuses are available from your system. A submitted form is not a sale.

A tested handover

We test applications, emails, intake states and mobile pages. You get instructions, one handover meeting, a launch report, 14 calendar days of bug fixes and one campaign review.

Terms

What we need to start

A ready program, adult audience, confirmed participation terms, materials, account access and a person handling applications. We agree the tools, scope and payment terms in writing before work begins.

How the 28 days work

Preparation starts once materials, access and the program are approved. Delayed feedback, platform moderation or third-party issues can move the launch date. Allow time after launch to attract participants.

Costs outside the package

Ad spend, external subscriptions, photo/video production, extra languages or programs and ongoing campaign management are separate. The published fee covers the fixed scope, not an open-ended retainer.

Not a new learning platform

No LMS, student portal, custom payment processing, exams, certificates, course creation or large-site migration. Admissions decisions, academic review and accreditation stay with your organization.

Capacity and results

Your team controls intake status. Automatic tracking of paid places is not included unless the agreed ready-made integration supports it. We do not guarantee enrollment numbers, a full group or funding.

Who is this package for?

Organizations running adult courses, professional development, internships, summer schools or research events with a defined intake. You supply the program, experts, eligibility and fees; we prepare how it is presented and how applications reach your team.

Can we keep our current website and tools?

Yes, if they support the agreed scope. We can add the program pages and connect one existing application system instead of replacing your platform. Tool suitability is checked before work starts. Sensitive application documents stay in your approved system, not a general marketing form.

What happens when the group is full?

Your responsible team member closes intake or enables the waitlist in the agreed system. The website then shows the corresponding next step. A waitlist entry is not an enrollment, and a form submission is not proof of payment.

Does 28 days mean a full group?

No. It is the preparation period after the agreed materials and access are ready. The launch date also depends on approvals and external platforms. Recruitment takes additional time, and results depend on the program, audience, budget and application handling.

Our work

Program websites, recruitment and follow-up in practice. The SEITE registrations in these cases describe the same campaigns, not separate totals. These broader projects are evidence of experience, not promised package results.

46Total programme sales

The 46 sales are the total programme outcome across channels, not a Meta-only attribution. The 120 tracked website registrations remain a separate acquisition metric. Enrolment closed after the group bus filled, with additional demand not counted as sales.

28 days to prepare the launch — not a promise to fill the group.
